Birds of Bahrain

€ 7.49 *

Bahrain is an island nation in the Perian Gulf and the third smallest country in Asia. Summers are very hot and rainfall is low and irregular. BirdLife International has four IBAs (Important Bird an Biodiversity Areas) for Bahrain, mainly because of the large number of marine birds. The Hawar Islands area, for example, with over 100,000 adults, has the largest concentration of Socotra cormorants. Flamingos as well as many other water birds are also regularly encountered here. The Hypocolius even occurs in the urban area. Incidentally, it is the millions of migratory birds that make Bahrain attractive to birders.

This E-book bird guide for "Bahrain" has been built at 30.04.2021, based upon our data base and our image archive using our default settings, and saved in two formates. Thereby it is made sure that the e-book can be displayed on virtually all devices and if applicable be printed out with a compact page size.
A free online-preview to the main section of the bird guide to Bahrain - of course at today's state of the data base and the archive - is available at Bird guides customized. There you can not only obtain the current edition of "Birds of Bahrain", but also modify the form in many ways.
