Birds of China

€ 29.49 *

China is the country with the fourth largest area and is located in two of the major eco-zones, the Palarctic and Indomalaya. Therefore, China has the third highest biodiversity of the earth and is one of the 10 countries with the most bird species. The country has more than 2300 nature reserves, covering a total of 15% of the land area. However, nature is living under pressure from the largest human population with the expected consequences of habitat destruction and pollution. In addition, 14 Endemic Bird Areas (EBAs) recognized by BirdLife International are wholly or partially in China. The EBAs include species of birds with particularly small distribution areas. This land is a dream for every birdwatcher.

This E-book bird guide for "China" has been built at 30.04.2021, based upon our data base and our image archive using our default settings, and saved in two formates. Thereby it is made sure that the e-book can be displayed on virtually all devices and if applicable be printed out with a compact page size.
A free online-preview to the main section of the bird guide to China - of course at today's state of the data base and the archive - is available at Bird guides customized. There you can not only obtain the current edition of "Birds of China", but also modify the form in many ways.
