Jamaica has an amazing variety of landscapes - from the wetlands along the coasts to the slow rivers, to the torrents to the mountainous rainforests. This diversity is reflected in a fascinating birdlife with many endemic species. Therefore BirdLife International has designated Jamaica as an EBA-P (Primary Endemic Bird Area) and also registered 16 IBAs (Important Bird and Biodiversity Areas), i.e. sites of global importance for the conservation of bird life.
This E-book bird guide for "Jamaica" has been built at 25.02.2025, based upon our data base and our image archive using our default settings, and saved in two formats.
Thereby it is made sure that the e-book can be displayed on virtually all devices and if applicable be printed out with a compact page size.
A free online-preview to the main section of the bird guide to Jamaica - of course at today's state of the data base and the archive - is available at
Bird guides customized. There you can not only obtain the current edition of "Birds of Jamaica", but also modify the form in many ways.
